Brian founded Cool Earth Aircon in 2007 after completing his technical apprenticeship and gaining years of experience working for larger aircon companies. He noticed a common frustration among homeowners: hidden charges, unclear pricing, and technicians who pushed unnecessary repairs.
Determined to do things differently, Brian started Cool Earth with a simple promise — transparent pricing, honest diagnostics, and quality workmanship backed by a warranty. What began as a one-man operation from a small workshop in Simei has grown into a trusted team serving 13 areas across Singapore.
Today, with over 18 years of hands-on experience and more than 4,560 units serviced, Brian still personally oversees complex installations and trains every new technician who joins the team. His philosophy remains the same: treat every customer's home as if it were his own.
