Our Installation Process

We begin with a complimentary visit to your property. Our installation specialist measures each room, assesses the layout, checks the aircon ledge or outdoor unit placement options, and discusses your preferences. This survey typically takes 30 to 45 minutes for a standard HDB flat.

Detailed Quotation

Following the survey, we prepare a comprehensive quotation that breaks down equipment costs, materials (copper piping, trunking, brackets, wiring), and labour charges. Professional Installation

On installation day, our team arrives with all equipment and materials. The typical workflow includes:

1. Bracket and mounting plate installation — Securely fixed to the wall using appropriate anchors
2. Piping and trunking — Copper piping is cut to length, flared, and connected. Trunking is installed neatly along walls and ceilings
3. Electrical wiring — Power supply connected from the aircon point to each indoor and outdoor unit
4. Drainage — Condensate drain pipes routed to the nearest drain point with proper gradient
5. Outdoor unit placement — Condenser mounted on the aircon ledge or bracket with adequate ventilation clearance

Vacuum Testing and Commissioning

Before introducing refrigerant, we vacuum-test the piping system to remove moisture and check for leaks. This step is critical — moisture in the system causes ice formation and compressor damage. Only after the system passes vacuum and pressure tests do we release the refrigerant and commission the unit.

HDB Installation Considerations
