1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at https://www.coolearth.com.sg or engaging Cool Earth Aircon ("we", "us", "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Cool Earth Aircon provides air conditioning servicing, repair, installation, chemical wash, gas top-up, and related maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Singapore. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • General aircon servicing and maintenance
  • Chemical wash and chemical overhaul
  • Aircon installation for HDB, condominium, and commercial properties
  • Refrigerant gas top-up (R22, R410A)
  • Aircon repair and diagnostics
  • Annual maintenance contracts

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, email, or our website contact form.
  • Service appointments are subject to availability and confirmed upon our acknowledgement.
  • We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays may occur due to traffic conditions or preceding service calls.
  • We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of standard labour and travel within our service areas.
  • Quotes are provided before service commencement. Additional charges apply only if extra work is identified and approved by you.
  • We do not charge hidden fees. The price quoted is the price you pay.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via Cash, Bank Transfer, and PayNow.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed quotes remain valid for the agreed service.

5. Warranty

  • All servicing and repair work is covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of service completion.
  • If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will return and rectify it at no additional charge.
  • The warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, damage caused by misuse, power surges, or modifications by third parties.
  • Parts and components may carry their own manufacturer warranty, which will be communicated at the time of service.
  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period via WhatsApp or phone.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to aircon units for our technicians to perform their work.
  • Provide accurate information about your aircon units, issues, and service requirements.
  • Inform us of any known hazards, electrical issues, or structural concerns at the service location.
  • Ensure someone aged 18 or older is present at the premises during the service visit.
  • Pets should be secured during the service visit to ensure the safety of our technicians.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Cool Earth Aircon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing defects, wear and tear, or damage caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., power surges, flooding, structural issues).
  • We exercise reasonable care during all service visits. Any accidental damage to property will be assessed and addressed in good faith.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Cool Earth Aircon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information. Prices, service descriptions, and availability are subject to change.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
